The panoramic windows offered a wonderful view of Reykjavik's capital mountain Esja, the serene lake of Elliðavatn, and the majestic Blue Mountains in the North-East-perfect for a landscape photographer like myself, capturing the beauty of Iceland. The spacious studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable king-size bed made our stay very convenient. the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower was a nice touch, perfect after a long day of hiking and exploring the nearby Heidmörk Nature Reserve. the cozy atmosphere and soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful rest after our adventurous days. Being within close proximity to the city center of Reykjavik and having easy access to transportation options like bus number 28 right outside the hotel made it a breeze to explore the vibrant city and its surroundings. the attentive staff made us feel right at home, and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Blue Mountain Apartments By Heimaleiga. A truly memorable experience that I would highly recommend to any traveler seeking a perfect base for their Icelandic adventures.
